Mindfulness Teachers listed in this directory are fully trained, and observe the Guidelines and Recommendations of the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Trainers. Mindfulness teachers should be in regular supervision, attend retreats, professional development and have a mindfulness practice of their own.
