The Mindfulness Clinic is committed to the promotion of wellbeing through the integration of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and the practice of Mindfulness. Our mission is to embody, guide and nurture mindful and compassionate living. We teach eight-week Mindfulness courses MBSR, MBCT and one-day workshops to individuals, mental health professionals, voluntary and community groups.

Year of Living Mindfully 12-month online course – Monday evenings from 7-8pm

Responding to the growing interest in mindfulness, A Year of Living Mindfully offers a unique opportunity to develop and deepen the practice of mindfulness and compassionate living.

Mondays: 30 January, 27 February, 27 March, 24 April, 29 May, 26 June, 31 July, 28 August, 25 September, 23 October, 27 November, 18 December 2023. Evenings from 7pm to 8pm. The cost for the year-long programme is €95


Transforming the Inner Critic – In-person workshop for mental health professionals

Transforming the Inner Critic In-person workshop for mental health professionals, Killarney Saturday, 17 September 2022 from 10am to 4.30pm, Cost: €75

The inner critic is learned early in life, deeply ingrained in our beliefs about ourselves, and is often born out of a need to protect ourselves from hurt or disappointment. However, the inner critic can become harmful, leading to self-destructive or sabotaging behaviours.


Supervision Master Class

In this 10-hour online skills training, qualified supervisors will discuss, reflect, and learn how to enhance clinical supervision through a skills-based model in clinical excellence and supervisory competencies. Wednesdays from 9am to 10am: 9, 16, 23, 30 March, 6, 13, 27 April, 4, 11, 18 May 2022. Cost: €150. Course is via Zoom.



Mindfulness Training, or Mindfulness Courses, may not be considered suitable at this time for those affected with acute depression, active or recent substance alcohol or drug addictions (recommendation two years full sobriety for Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention), PTSD, Bi-polar disorder, current or past psychosis, significant long standing interpersonal difficulties, recent trauma or significant recent or unresolved loss.

The Mindfulness Clinic recommends organising a one-to-one consultation to see if this training is suitable for you at this time.
