The New Year, connected to the winter solstice and new beginnings, is the perfect time to journey inward. It is an opportunity to reflect on the year that passed and make peace with it. This reflective space can help us reflect on how we want to live with intention throughout the year with greater understanding and compassion for ourselves and others.

You will have the opportunity to reconnect with your breath and body, slow down, and re-emerge with greater ease, acceptance, and balance. You will be encouraged to explore how to maintain a mindful presence in daily life through guided meditations, resources on mindful living, and mindful living.
